- 2-3 years of experience in sales management.
- Experience with fitness, hotel industry is preferable
- Extensive experience in all aspects of relationship management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Must be neat, well-groomed, punctual, athletic looking, a non-smoker, friendly, outgoing, personality, trustworthy and honest.
- Must exhibit enthusiasm for the club, employees and for the job.
- Must convey to employees and members, a positive attitude about the club and the management of the club.
- Must be a patient and courteous listener, able to put people at ease and show empathy.
- Must have a desire and an ability to work with employees to develop their skills and enthusiasm for their jobs.
- Must have a good self-image and be able to command the respect of the employees and members.
- Must be friendly and demonstrate outgoing personality to members of club and refrain from personal involvement with members.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
