Our client is a top-tier IT solutions and services provider in Asia. With availability in 10 countries, they rank among the fastest growing IT companies across Asia. Thanks to expansion, they are urgently looking for a Sales Director in Hanoi office. The roles will have the responsibility includes: 1. Plan, set the target and participate in product development. - Develop the proper sales strategies for the companys products - Analysis the market and practical business conditions to set the team target and individual target for team members. - Cooperate with the Product Manager & the technical team to develop and present Company products to prospective customers 2. Manage the sales team - Manage the sales team; ensure the sales department contributes to proper levels of gross and net profit; - Establish departmental work schedule, properly assign the work to the employees - Take part in recruiting and training sales staffs, monitor the teams performance and motivate the employees to reach targets 3. Directly participate in the sales process - Increase business development leads, manage sales opportunities. - Close sales by negotiating price; completing sales contracts, follow the payment term closely - Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and negotiate to have a suitable package - Compile, analyze and report on the sales figures - Participate in sales event organization if any

Our ideal candidate is the one who meets these requirements: - Have at least 10 years of experience in banking solutions or fintech industry. - Have solid experience and great skills with customer relationship management - Have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team - Have a wide network and have the knowledge of the IT sales sector in Vietnam market. - Have the ability to work well under high pressure. - Excellent account management, negotiation and persuasion skills. - Have the ability to travel on business trips (sometimes may be in short notice). - Fluent in English You are invited to send us a full detailed resume in English together with current contact number as soon as possible.
