Main Job Purpose:
- Responsible for driving reach and penetration both direct and indirect visited 4 key operator groups in HCM area to achieve 100% target universe reached and engaged with buying either via direct salesforce or via our trade partners according to GGG strategies
- Ensure integrity standard, safety working procedure, and systematic way of working
- Manage the sales team and distributors in an assigned territory to deliver sales target
- Ensure GGG implementation to achieve number of wholesaler and operator coverage, SKU penetration, and Turnover delivery according to primary and secondary sales target with a satisfaction in productivity, quality, customer-service standards.
- Plan, allocate and cascade the sales target to each respective salesforce both for GT and PULL. Monitor daily execution to achieve weekly phasing and monthly target.
- Building and maintaining rapport with key customers. Lead to maintain and expand customer base. Having insights and able to translate to business opportunities being proposed and aligned with Regional Sales Manager.
- Be able to resolve operational problems and implementing change in a team.
- Co-ordinate with internal business support such as chef, Marketing
team members, and related functions in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.
- Accomplish all required reports/feedback to Regional Sales Manager on a regular basis in order to update and/or elevate issues to higher management.
- Manage, develop, coach & motivate the team to deliver aggressive sales growth targets and build sales talent pipelines.
