RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute employer branding activities;
Update information of company’s activities on Facebook page, LinkedIn page, etc.
Improve initiatives, channels, tools, and methodology of company communications to employees;
Design and use proper surveys, assessments, and statistical reports to measure the effectiveness of communication activities;
Run internal programs including monthly newsletter, bi-monthly Kudos, annual engagement survey, monthly happy hour, annual company trip and parties, internal advertisements, and other events on special occasions like mid-autumn festival, Xmas, Tet, Children’s day, etc.
Prepare and distribute information utilizing media, professional forums, and social networks when having external events;
Organise Tech meet-up, Tech Talk, Hackathon
Help plan and execute events that serve corporate branding and recruitment purposes, in close collaboration with talent acquisition and Human resources teams
Directly plan, orchestrate or join in the communication campaign for specific events (before and/or after events) to drive the expected audience and maximize their visibility or impact.
Perform reporting, and various administrative tasks linked to the areas above.
Source and manage external sponsorship opportunities.
Provide support to other members of the communications team.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree;
At least 3+ years of experience in a similar position with a proven track record
Excellent verbal and written English & Vietnamese communication skills;
Resourceful, proactive, enthusiastic, creative, persuasive, organized, and able to multi-task;
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
