Working hour: 7:30 am - 17:00 pm from Monday to Saturday

Responsible for preparation of offer letter, information form, personal document submit, and procedure making for newcomers…
Follow up the probation period and the contract of new staff.
Build up and expand the recruitment network..
Responsible for SI, HI, UI, PIT.
Manage Performance evaluation implementation at the factory level (KPI).
Supervise, review and implement strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Policies, Regulations & Guidelines in compliance with Vietnamese laws and ensure good implementation.
Identify training needs and build up training plan.
Organize the training include: review the list of participants, distribution of materials and training, monitor trainee in training, support trainer in training.
Analyze the training evaluation and develop the quality of program.
And other tasks related to HR department.
