As a Senior HR Manager, you will be a member of HR leadership team to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans, work closely with stakeholders and project members to ensure the business targets are met.
Description
Operational / Technical / Professional Results
* As a member of HR leadership teams, leads the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans that contribute to the realisation of HRs objectives and the companys business objectives.
* Drives and advises the HR Business Partners on HR processes / initiatives consistently & to the required level of quality in line with corporate HR policies and reinforcing the Companys vision and values. These include career development, organization development, change programmes, manpower planning, learning, performance management, resourcing, MT programme, compensation & benefits.Actively contributes/managers some of BAT Vietnams projects, which seeks to enable the delivery of the companys objectives by ensuring that the HR function can lead and manage the change in the business.

* Develop project plans, drive project schedule, run meetings, collaborate, coordinate across stakeholders, cross teams to commit project goals, timelines and deliverable; implement project management process and SDLC methodologies; track and mange action items, issues and risks; drive change management tasks, activities and coordinate to implement it
* Contributes with the HR team in defining and addressing the short and long-term people needs at an individual and functional level to ensure the function has the people capabilities to deliver the current and future business agenda.
* As a member of the HR Leadership Team: Contributes to the HR Leadership Agenda and Functional Leadership Agenda in ensuring that the priority business deliverables are met.
* Communication - Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular, status updates, minutes of meetings and updating
Management Results
* Establishes a plan and milestones to track and report on the people / project deliverables to ensure that there is sufficient focus and effort to deliver the people agenda.Relationship Results
* To build effective relationships with:HR team to ensure seamless transfer of information amongst the various HR units and a consistent strategic approach.
* Functional teams so as to get support and buy-in to ensure line managers own the people agenda.
Innovation Results
* Develops and implements best practice solutions to issues requiring HR interventions.
* Develops the Corporate Services functions competence in order to enable them to better manage their people and teams.
* Proposes and implements improvements to processes that contribute to effectiveness and efficiency in order to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
Profile
- A degree from a recognized university
- Project Management certification is not required; however, familiarity with project management methodology are a must.
- Understanding of change management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design solutions that drive results
- 8+ years experience in a managerial HR of which a minimum of 4 years should be at a senior level in a multinational FMCG environment.
- Strong Human Resources Functional Capabilities.
