- Responsible for hiring IT cadidates such as: Web, App, Back End, Front End, Network, System, DBA, IOT, ... arround 200 candidates/year
- Requirement analizing, post job, screen CV, arrange interview and join/discuss with candidates for all information about positons, company culture, environment, compensation, dealing salary
- Head-hunting some hard positions, manager, leader ...
- Build and creating new projects, events for hiring fresher, internship for ensure depts annual needed
- Responsible for FPT Telecom brading that attractive both to IT & non-IT Cadidates
- Lead IT recruiters team (2-3 mem)
- Other tasks as required from recruitment manager.
SALARY AND BENEFIT
- Offer around $800 - $1000 & 15-18 months wage/year
