Planning and implementation of improvement process Leads a team of process engineers and process technicians to support all depart related activities in order to achieve highest quality of product. Responsible for monitoring yields at all process and quality indicators to ensure they are under control Review Re-works report and take actions for production line immediately Written documentation of procedures and work instructions for prodution floor.Training for operator and technician Take care of New Product Instructions (NPI), Follow up new ECN/DEV Responsible for monitoring yield rate improvement Team work to solve problem happened during production Process defect analysis and report to all department. Study and prevent new defect issue while production Feedback to Manager the problem in PE group SMT cycle time improvement Patrol and monitoring production management and using solder pate, Solder bar on SMT and Wave line Responsible for technical support for Production and trainning technician ,Operation. Making and improvement profile for all product include NPI PFMEA, SPC application and using Instructs, follow up his/her subordinates in doing routine works. Plan, implement for research, improvement of productivity, technical of his/ her in charged products. Programing knowledge of AOI & SPI machines
