Mô tả công việc

- Support for Company Standard PC/Desktop/Servers/Workstation/Printers /LAN/WAN/Wireless/VOIP, management & maintenance of information systems (including hardware and software).
- Provide Technical Support & Consultation to business users to ensure the most suitable and relevant technology is chosen and implemented.
- Maintain and Manage users Windows AD profile & information in the systems.
- Provide 2nd level technical support and troubleshooting by adhering to B. Braun procedure and work according to internal processes.
- Minimal Supervision and have to work closely with B. Braun Regional Team and IT Level 1/2 support team.
- The same applies to any new system evaluation and implementation.
- Ensure all Service Now Incident Tickets and Service Request system are assigned and act on till resolution according to SLA
- Maintain and manage the overall system performances, utilization to ensure the high availability of IT Systems & Services to serve Business needs.

Yêu cầu

- Fresh graduated from Universities with majoring in Information technology.
- Could communicate in English
- Certified VMware, CISCO, HP SAN, Microsoft System is an advantage
