Store Director is in charge of store operation, including management of assets , human resource, commerce & finance to achieve the target for customer satisfaction
* ACTIVITIES
* Function : Customer relationship management
- Manage factors influencing the impressions of customer: sound, light, temperature, hygiene, label…
- Resolve the customer complains
- Monitor the behavior of the employee of the company and the partners who working at store.
- Survey the local consumer’s habit and specification.
- Improve the customer service quality, enhance the entertainment activities at the store.
* Function : Assets
- Establish, manage the plans and internal regulation on equipment maintenance
- Maintain and promote the image of the brand Big C
- Respect and efficiently develop the selling method
* Function : Human resource management
- Recruit the employee of store
- Organize and control the employee’s task
- Share information and encourage the employee suggest new ideas
- Coach & develop the employee of store
- Evaluate, reward and discipline
- Ensure the safety of the employee at store
* Function : Commerce management
- Identify the prominent goods of the store
- Check the goods order
- Check the quality of goods
- Check the implementation & abidance of the display principles
- Control the promotion: preparation, implementation, monitor
- Carry out to survey the information of the competition
- Control the goods transfer in the store, between stores
- Control the arrangement of storage.
- Control the cleaning of show-cases and goods
* Function : Finance management
- Manage the business results: Maximize revenue, margin, inventory, productivity, personnel costs & other expenses
- Monitor the periodical & cyclic inventory
* Function : Communication Management
- Manage relationships with local authorities
- Manage relationships with partner of Big C
- Participate in local events
* Other function:
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
