Mô tả công việcWHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will lead a team of professional recruiters & talent acquisition specialists.
- You will design and run recruitment & talent attraction programs & strategies.
- You will foster initiatives & continuous improvement in recruitment.
- You will manage efficiently the use of channels, tools, and methodologies in recruitment and set up social media communication strategies for different job profiles.
- You will partner with hiring managers in the candidate selection process (screening, testing, interviewing), do customization and adjustment where needed to achieve the recruitment targets fast.
- You will provide regular recruitment-related reports and analysis to the management team.
- You will manage KPIs and allocate assignments for recruitment team members.
- You will be personally involved in recruiting high profile positions and expats.
- You will recruit, coach & develop recruiters.
- You will participate in organizing events and activities related to the company, employee and recruitment area.
- You will work on HR projects to enhance the candidates experience.
- You will report to the Head of HR & the Recruitment Director.
Yêu cầu công việcAt least 3 years of experience in executive search firms at a team leader or manager level with proven performance (IT-software sector is preferred);
- Excellent interpersonal skills & strong leadership;
- Advanced English communication;
- Bachelor/Master degree (IT-related disciplines are preferred);
