Mô tả công việc

Monthly:
- Prepare & submit tax related journals
- Online VAT declaration & submision
- Control VAT e-invoice
- Withholding online tax declaration & payment sheet
- Balance sheet reconciliation on Cadency system (for tax accounts only)
- Follow up with BIDV bank to receive tax payment vourchers
- Review WHT rate and amount provided by IC team
- Provide supporting documents to Citi bank for IC payments
-Journal Entry Testing for other countries as assigned by SOX team
- Provide WHT receipt for other IC entities on required
Quarterly
- Prepare master service ageements with new inter-company customers/vendors when required
- Provide data input for Corporate Tax reporting package
- Other adhoc tasks assigned by DXC Corporate Tax Team
- Prepare & submit CIT journal
- Prepare quarterly CIT payment sheet
Yearly
- Provide data and Coodinate with E&Y to prepare CIT return
- Work with the auditor on audit of all tax accounts
- Coordinate with DXC tax team to prepare tranfer pricing documentation for DXC Vietnam
- Prepare & submit VAT refund application
- Leading the work with tax audit, if any

Yêu cầu

- University degree of Finance/Accounting/Economic or similar
- 3 years or more working experience for foreign owned companies
- Good knowledge on Vietnam tax laws on CIT, VAT, PIT & withholding tax
- Working experiences on CIT, VAT, PIT
- Good English communication skills: reading, listerning, speaking & writing
- Knowledge on Accounting system is an advantage
- Strong in using excel
