MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Be responsible for all corporate taxation issues for the three Schneider Electric’s legal entities: SEVN, SEIT and SEMV.
- Prepare tax report monthly, quarterly, yearly reports includes VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT, Financial Statements, tax returns CIT, PIT and other tax related tasks
- Check, control and audit the accounting documents as well as other tax-related processes of the whole company (3 entities). Reconcile and follow up tax payment with tax authorities
- Check and reconcile revenue recognition, accounting treatment and financial invoices (in-out)
- Organize, implement, review tax documents , tax matter and tax accounting for the whole company to ensure to meet budget and follow company principles and VAS/IAS regulation
- Checking, fulfilling, documenting tax documents over years. Responsible about the accuracy, appropriateness, completeness, validity of information in ERP system, ensure the whole company tax documents follow VAS and Tax regulation
- Continuously update the decrees, decisions of Tax authorities and consult for businesses and management to apply for the company to be tax effective and comply regulations
- Understand the business nature and do tax planning, put in place the process to ensure tax effectiveness to company and as as compliance with tax authorities
- Handling the tax and customs audits, prepare the Transfer price documents, and yearly tax transfer pricing relevant activities
- Perform the yearly Transfer pricing campaign led by regional TP team

Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing from credit university (ACCA, MBA or CPA a plus)
• Chief Accountant certified
• CPA, ACCA certified is preferred
• At least 5 years experiences in charge of Tax matters (Prefer candiates who directly managed and in charge of tax audits or working as tax consultants in auditing company)
• Very fluent written and spoken English (TOEIC > 750 or equivalent)
• Knowledgeable in tax matter both commercial and manufacturing activities
• Process oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)
• Capacity to collaborate well and manage stakeholders (Accounting Manager, FPA, General Accounting, FISS team)
• Technical knowledge of IFRS and country accounting (statutory & tax)
• Organized and able to work under pressure
• Ability to synthesize and identify key priorities and problems and explain complex issues in a simple manner
