Mô tả công việc

- Provide technical services for customers such as machine repairing, installation, inspection, replace parts
- Support customers to solve problem when their machine get problem via telephone/ email
- Collect and implement call after sales service for customers
- Manage, arrange technical tools in the store
- Search and order some tools or spare parts for service purpose
- Other duties as assigned by Manager, General Director

Yêu cầu

- Male, age 22~27
- Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Degree with higher education desirable
- Service experience, working experience in Injection Molding Machine is high priority
- Have knowledge of safety, engineering
- Be able to communicate and do technical reports in English/Japanese
- Be able to read document in English/Japanese
- Good Microsoft Office, computer software network skills
- Be able to work under pressure, be able to work independently as well as work in a team
- Have a professional attitude, diligence, pro-active in report of problems and proposing solutions
