Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Provide relevant tender information, data analytics and reports to support business in identifying opportunities, e.g. product list, pricing, competitor quota quantities
Support the business in the timely collection and analysis of relevant tender and market information to help business determine “Pursue / Not Pursue” decision
Coordinate the tender completion from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final tender submission and contract award
Collate and ensure proper documentation within the tendering process
Acts as a liaison between functions to ensure that all queries related to tender administration are dealt with in a timely manner
Understand the tender timeline / tender cycle and develop and communicate well in advance a time schedule plan to meet the relevant milestones on time
Coordinate the accurate and timely preparation, completion and submission of tender documents that are responsive to customer requirements and in compliance with company objectives
Prepares regular status reports on tender submissions
Collect tender results and conduct an in‐depth analysis of the results and trends
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in identifying and providing additional information that may be required in some tenders
Prepare reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with standard templates for approval and sign-off
Monitor key performance indicators related to tender process
Participate in process improvement projects as and when required
Conduct business in full compliance with Roche Code of Conduct, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche guidelines on Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and Behavior in Competition as well as Roche Values & Leadership Competencies

Education and Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in either Business Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent from a recognized university
At least 3 years of experience in tender administration
Project management experience is a plus
Language Skills
Vietnamese and English (conversational & writing)
Other skills & abilities
Knowledge of public procurement and tendering policies / principles
Ability to read, analyze and interpret different sets of data
Proven ability to analyses information quickly and to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations.
Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders
Ability to understand data input sources for reports and dashboards
Ability to plan, elicit, organize, evaluate, communicate and tender requirements
Ability to critically consider business needs and further probe until the real need is understood
Problem-solving skills
Ability to represent the Company with professionalism and confidence
Time management
Negotiating skill
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
ERP system is a plus
