Part IV: Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor or Engineering degree or similar level educated outside of VN.
- Referable for MBA or Engineering degree of mechatronic – Electronic major
Languages:
- English, must be good in communication as task requirements
- Germany will be a plus
Experience:
- More than 3 years of production manager position
- More than 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing of electronic devices (SMT, Box built) of a multi-national company with high mix low volume model. Singapore, Germany enterprise is an advantage.
- Well understand operational processes (planning, procurement, transfer new product, processes and technology)
Specific Knowledge:
- Strong result oriented, customer focus and problem-solving
- Good in communication, build team works, relationship with R&D, Business Unit and reliable with Customer.
- Quick adapt with multinational culture (Singapore, Germany)
- Expert in LEAN manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Poke-yoke, flow line, value stream, waste elimination…).
- Well understand how ERP system work in planning, production module
- Advanced production schedule and budgeting system
- Understand P&L and products cost structures

- Right delegation and empower to maximize strength and develop weakness of subordinators
- Problem solving and Decision making: Leading Team for structure way of problem-solving, escalate to the higher level when issuing beyond of the scope.
- Understand the situation, facts, and root cause to give direction or the best decision to solve the problem.
- Communication and Reporting skill: Strong in communication with multinational culture and complex organization. Good reporting/presentation skill to get the right support
- Motivation and Build Teamwork: Understand and balance between company’s and employee’s need to motivate the team.
- Give right direction solving the conflict, create dynamic- team work environment.
- Balance workload and share knowledge, understanding each other.
