MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Main Purpose:
Total Reward Manager originates and leads policy practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The Total Reward Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Head of HRA/ Operations Director and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Managing payroll issues, controlling working & over time hours, and maintaining employee records
• Manage Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Accident Insurance for all employees.
• Examine worker’s grievances and try to help settle disagreements between labour and management by actively making proposals to management board
• Prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
• Develop the strategic framework of total reward to achieve the company’s attraction, motivation and retention strategy
• Liaise with managers to implement compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy
• Set up and update company regulations and follow up that employees observe those regulations.
• Human Resource System sets up
• Acting as a bridge between management and employees
• Handle labour contact and Company Regulations
• Solving all the problems related to employee conflict
• Public Relation (Community Crisis)
WORKING INTERACTIONS
Internal Group/Regional HR team and all other departments
External Partners and other authority bodies that relevant to the HR scope

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge/ Skills
1. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
2. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
3. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
4. Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
5. Global and cultural awareness
6. Experience of health and safety standards and compliance
7. Solid Computer skills
Experience
More than 5 years in relevant position, C&B and Total Rewards
Qualification
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Languages
Fluent English & native Vietnamese
