MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.Work with RSM/ASM, SO, and Trade Marketing Manager to develop Promotion scheme, SKU focus, regional focus... that effectively driving off take in DT, MT, FSR Operators, Hotel Operators, and Chain Operators 2.Work with RSM/ASM, SO, and Trade Marketing Manager to deploy Plus Gold activation and promotional scheme to drive off take in key and tourist cities. 3.Work with Buying team, MSO to deploy Bundle promotions in year round for DT and MT with a control of channel conflict in pricing 4.Work with MT CD Manager and MT customers to deploy UFS programs in MT including: Visibility program, Activation program, Cross category promotion program, and listing new SKU in MT. 5.Work with RSM/ASM for Visibility deployment in DT/WS 6.Work with RSM/ASM to deploy WS Beverage program and Mass Sampling program drive new source of growth for KLP 7.Work with RSM/ASM to deploy Pho in LET to drive new source of growth for Paste 8.Regular track and do M&E to evaluate effectiveness of Banded Promotion vs. On Off Promotion vs. Lucky draw Promotion to improve effectiveness of Off take driving program

•Diploma holder and above •2 years of trade marketing experience. Preferably with knowledge in Foodservice, FMCG industries •Experience in working in a matrix organisation •Product Marketing role & Customer Development experience is highly recommended
