Valvoline Việt Nam is recruiting a Trade Marketing Manager. Trade Marketing Manger will lead a team of trade marketing professionals to develop, execute, and control all trade marketing activities direct by regional marketing manager. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Sales Volume: Drive sales volume through effective activation, brand presence and visibility at PCMO, MCO and all allocated channels. 2. Market Share: build and increase market share based on company master plan. 3. Lead, Motivate & Develop a strong Trade Marketing Team: Build Brand focused Culture and work approach, training on technical Trade marketing knowledge (internal & external), building an open learning culture through team sharing, cross learning. 4. Drive brands in retail: Align all activities cross functionally with Sales and Marketing departments. 5. Support sales with Point of Sale materials: Timely order POSMs and encourage sales on right POSM placement. 6. Zero work-related incidents and accidents: - Behave in a healthy and safe way - Must take care of own and to other employee’s safety. - Ensure that the workplace is safe and free of accidents and incidents. - Must report in a timely manner any unsafe workplace condition, accidents, incidents and near misses. - Ensure that if any accident or incident happens, a thorough investigation (focus on identifying how to prevent recurrence) is conducted immediately to find out root causes and remedial actions are taken in order to prevent it happening again in future. - Ensure that all accidents and incidents are recorded and reported accordingly 7. Prepare trade marketing plan, budget allocation and control. 8. Other duties: Additional duties as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.

- Bachelor Degree. Business Administration, Marketing - preferably. - 3-5 years of relevant Trade (Channel) marketing, Brand marketing or Sales experience, with minimum 3 years of management position of commercial teams. - English Written and verbal – Excellent.
