Roles and Responsibilities: Marketing managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies. Report to: Sales and Marketing director Manage: Marketing executives JOB DESCRIPTION - Coordinate with sales and related functions to launch digital marketing programs. - Perform detailed tasks of Digital Marketing following approved plans. - Making reports and analysis on efficiency of each Digital Marketing activity/ campaign. Making monthly, quarterly and annually reports on Digital Marketing - Propose Digital marketing solutions to achieve targets. - Manage and update customer database. Coordinate with Sales to provide best services to customers. - Manage/ supervise Company Website/ Social networks. - Update information of market and competitors.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree majored in Marketing, Business Management, Communication and / or similar discipline; - Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field (at least 7 years’ experience). - Understand and able to coordinate with agency for all marketing tools, such as: SEO, Google AdWords, Digital marketing, social networks. - Able to make plan and implement tasks in details. - Business English requirement. - Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels - Excellent communication skills - Ability to think creatively and innovatively - Budget-management skills and proficiency - Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges - Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
