* Press relations
- Manage company’s reputation and ensure public views the company favorably
- Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities via positive and strong relationship with influential members of the media
- Prepare company and spokesperson profiling and ensure all opportunities for the CEO are fully vetted
- Contact members of the media to arrange interviews with company reps, in case of publicity promotions and crisis resolution
- Respond to media inquiries and organize press events for their organizations
- Cost-effectively get company featured on TV, newspaper, radio, offline events and the internet
* Corporate communications
- Determine and drive communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organization, promoting corporate culture and business strategy
- Develop internal & external communications plan, media relations plan, PR & Corp Com related templates & legal documentation
- Create rich and creative content optimized for both online & offline , internal & external publications (including corporate website content)
- Develop corporate publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, online, intranet, video, special projects and assignments
- Plan & lead relevant CSR campaigns/initiatives
- Promote preventive crisis management practices and minimize potential negative media outbreaks before they hit the news
- Develop brand management protocol and monitor brand performance across platforms
- Develop and implement end to end brand promotions initiatives
* Others:
- Hire & coach junior PR & Corp Com staff as well as conduct marcom trainings to internal staff as per marketing academy calendar
- Plan & manage assigned budget with clear & strong sense of P&L
- PR & Corp Com tasks assigned by Head of Marketing
