Reports toSenior sales manager & Commercial Director
Job Purpose Summary
Be responsible for managing and coordinating of all SALES related business between Nissan Vietnam Co. Ltd. and dealers throughout Vietnam; and be in charge of dealer recruitment.
•Responsible for annual sales plan for region/areas assigned by management.
•Preparation of short and mid-term sales volume/action planning
•Set monthly sales and yearly target for dealers
•Monitor and support dealers in activities to achieve sales target set.
•Maintaining database of customers, ensuring sales effectiveness plans are implemented
•Ensuring that the order and delivery process runs according to company guidelines
•Weekly/Monthly internal and external reporting as per company requirement
•Proposal/Countermeasures to counter challenges/problems faced by dealers
•Work with Marketing
team to conduct sales and customer service activities
•Responsible for the development of Dealers sales team and performance.
•Provide sales talk and motivation talk to SC and dealership
•Support NSSW in conducting S-DOM and other CS related tasks
•Ensuring that all sales tools are available to sales staff in own organization and in dealers org.
•Interaction with all departments in our organization i.e. such as After Sales, HR
, Marketing, Finance, etc.
•Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant Nissan products and market info
•Clear understanding of own strengths and weaknesses related to the current position, and ensuring that a plan is in place to overcome the weaknesses
•Support in interview dealer’s sales manager
•Other ad hoc assignments and projects
