We would like to look for candidate who has strong passion for creating things that can impact & make more value for society and are capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Besides that, have an innate desire to constantly improve and add value - not only as a person but also through the projects youre working on.
- Coordinating with business, product and other team to track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, consumer behaviour, market share, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research;
- Effectively manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the product to achieve short and long term business objectives; including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
- Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing plans. Ensure all materials and activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the larger, strategic plan.
- Monitor and report on the productivity of marketing plans and projects.
- Develop annual brand plan, which includes marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner.
- Participate in annual budget Plan/ Update cycle
- Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, upwards and downwards.

- University Degree strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, advertising, communications, business or similar.
- Minimum 3-4 years related marketing experience in internet industry, start-up or agency.
- Has good foundations and understanding of Digital Marketing
- Ability to work independently to agreed deadlines
- Logical thinking
- Careful & detail oriented
- Business sense
- Good at English
