MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
-Translate Business, Supply Chain and TPM strategy into Customer Services & Logistics strategy, focus areas for TPM pillars in CS&L as well as manage CS&L projects /TPM effectively, on scheduled.
-Manage Business Process Optimization areas for CS&L and mobilize to continuous improvement CS&L operations by providing guidance, cooperating closely with internal & external functions, identifying and implementing the improvement opportunities and exchange best practices with other Opco, regional and global
-Manage all MIS Projects (IT Developments, Critical/Functional Systems….) by establishing, developing, training, maintaining and monitoring for CS & L team.
-Drive X – functional Material Master Process (NPI, End of life,…), manage Material Master Data for Raws, Packs & Finished Goods and conduct E2E transactional data quality reviews in CS&L systems.
-Manage for all aspects of the project management life cycle including concept identification, prioritization, development, resourcing, project execution, closure, control and continuous improvement in CS&L.
-Manage, drive and support in TPM activities (Conduct Audits, develop TPM toolbox/templates, procedures, improvement continuos actions..) for all CS&L TPM pillars (Warehouse & Transportation/Planning/Customer Value) effectively
-Report clearly CS&L performance, activities (TPM/Projects/KPIs, CIL, BCS, Costing,) as well as maintain report system standards and identify/ recommend continuous improvement opportunities from data capture through to reporting
-Engage key stakeholders to define and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress of TPM/Projects, build commitment, change management and sharing good practices effective ways.

• Education : University degree
o University degree in Economics / Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management
o Have a good knowledge of Supply Chain, Customer Service & Logistic, Project Management and Continuos improvement.
o Understand financial impact on the supply chain process
• Skills:
o Good in process/project management.
o Analytical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
o Strategy thinker, achievement orientation
o Good communication in English and Vietnamese
o Good in working in group and stakeholder management
o Negotiation and influence skill.
o Good team leadership.
o PC literacy (Word, Powerpoint, Excel…) and Good systems related to CS&L operations, project management
