01 Vehicle Reservation Executive – Central Vietnam

* Responsible for Vehicle bookings in the Central Vietnam (from Vinh province to Phu Yen province & Highland central).

- Reservation: Handle all vehicle bookings (new booking, amendment, cancellation)

- Updating: Inform sales responsible the booking status and make necessary amendments

- Reporting: Internal - Booking Report and Deposit Payment Report to accounting, External - Guest Complain Report

- Negotiation: Negotiating with suppliers for series booking, special requests, fam trip groups…

* Answer complaints and solve troubles about vehicles via email, phone.

* Answer all requests from sales about transportation & explain sales team Pros & Cons of transportation in the Central Vietnam

* Find new vehicle suppliers

* Update data base for TMS & B2B

* Make sure that the services which booked are suitable to clients expectations and Easia standard

* Ensure to perform the tasks given in accordance with standard policies and procedures of the company under general direction of Office Manager
