DIVISION/DEPT: SALES & ACCOUNT SERVICING
REPORT TO: CEO & Account Director
• To effectively establish, develop and implement a comprehensive strategic account servicing plan for XL E’s sponsors/clients of all brands/projects.
• Builds strong and lasting relationships with sponsors, based on progress in achieving the sponsor’s marketing objectives with efficiency which results in profit for the agency.
• Results reflects in meeting goals/KPI for account servicing defined by sales manager ( including convert customers to following contracts)
1. Team general responsibilities:
• Develop Sponsors contract template and customise for each sponsor
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Account servicing plan for each project based on current contracts and manage execution
• Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile sponsors feedback
• Develop and manage the customers database and build up plan to treat the VIP accounts in special cases in Vietnam
2. Account servicing duties:
• Handle all paperwork procedures after sales team have closed the deals with sponsors including contracts and payment collections
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, compliance on client deliverables and represent the clients interests to the team.
• Meeting and liaising with sponsors to discuss and identify their advertising requirements, including branding, marketing, events, etc.
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Ensure clients’ demands to be satisfied;
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Develop relationships with loyal sponsors; ask for their feedbacks and provide feedbacks to the marketing units for purpose of enhancing the quality of service
• Presenting creative work to sponsors for approval or modification
• Measurement duties
• Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine types of services/products and prices/fees satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s objectives;
• Conduct assessments of clients’ credibility and perform billing duties at their requests;
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company
• Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the organization
• Creating sponsor reports
3. Coordinate with other departments to fulfil Account servicing duties
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
4. Upsell/ Renew the contracts
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Understand the current customers’ needs and their marketing goals to consult the team on upselling/ renewing the contract

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Customer service and/or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in related filed.
• Excellent execution, time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to handle and own multiple projects, Ability to work well under pressure
• Good negotiation and problem solving skill
• Ability to work independently as well as team work
• Agency experience and knowledge of event is a plus
• Have an understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Be innovative and creative to customize sponsors’ needs
• Determination and persistence to ensure the success of organization
