POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Event Marketing will oversee event production from conception to completion across all national events including strategic partnerships, local/regional sponsorship, custom sporting events and internal events. The candidate will be responsible for shaping the annual event strategy; will work closely with and lead internal teams to execute a successful event that fuels creates brand awareness and fuels our lead generation efforts.
As the Manager, Event Marketing, you’re passionate about events and no task is beneath you. You’re detail-oriented, focused on delivering extraordinary experiences, and a team player, excited to be part of a dynamic and ambitious marketing team. You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams. You can provide recommendations and create an evaluation criteria for vetting all potential events. You have a solid system for reporting recaps of event performance from leads, brand presence and thought leadership. The manager will be at the forefront of sports development in the country.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee the planning and execution of production, operations and logistics for all events
•Manage communication with all stakeholders of events such as travel, scheduling, security, hotels and transportation, production & entertainment
•Day-to-day management of events, including operations vendors and contracted staff conducting regular meetings and planning sessions across all projects and staff members.
•Create and manage individual project budgets and timelines to ensure properties are meeting goals.
•Secure and coordinate all appropriate permits, licensing and other necessary local city relationships.
•Maintain awareness of current trends in event & sport management and integrate into the operation in a timely manner.
•Review effectiveness of event management annually and makes appropriate adjustments.
•Develop or direct the development and preparation of comprehensive management reports and accurate manuals.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This positions works in coordination with the executive management team of the company to formulate the marketing strategies and then owns the implementation of those strategies. Marketing Director leads the full marketing lifecycle: Campaign design, execution, monitoring, optimization and analysis.
A candidate’s digital marketing toolkit should be beyond full; battle tested and optimized. We expect experience with multiple digital marketing channels including, email, Facebook, Partner marketing, SEO, remarketing and pay-per click.
The right candidate should be able to flow back and forth between management and hands on operation, while also being quantitative and knowing that marketing is accountable. The candidate needs to believe in the idea of test, measure, and optimization.
The Marketing Director has management responsibility for internal and external marketing functions. A mix of start-up and big company experience is preferred. Personal attributes sought include: high levels of creativity, energy, positivity, honesty, communication, cooperation and drive.

OBJECTIVE
•To effectively establish, develop and implement a comprehensive strategic account servicing plan for XL E’s sponsors/clients of all brands/projects.
•Builds strong and lasting relationships with sponsors, based on progress in achieving the sponsor’s marketing objectives with efficiency which results in profit for the agency.
•Results reflects in meeting goals/KPI for account servicing defined by sales manager ( including convert customers to following contracts)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team general responsibilities:
•Develop Sponsors contract template and customise for each sponsor
•Develop and implement a comprehensive Account servicing plan for each project based on current contracts and manage execution
•Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile sponsors feedback
•Develop and manage the customers database and build up plan to treat the VIP accounts in special cases in Vietnam
2. Account servicing duties:
•Handle all paperwork procedures after sales team have closed the deals with sponsors including contracts and payment collections
•Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, compliance on client deliverables and represent the clients interests to the team.
•Meeting and liaising with sponsors to discuss and identify their advertising requirements, including branding, marketing, events, etc.
•Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
•Ensure clients’ demands to be satisfied;
•Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Develop relationships with loyal sponsors; ask for their feedbacks and provide feedbacks to the marketing units for purpose of enhancing the quality of service
•Presenting creative work to sponsors for approval or modification
•Measurement duties
•Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine types of services/products and prices/fees satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s objectives;
•Conduct assessments of clients’ credibility and perform billing duties at their requests;
•Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company
•Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the organization

3. Coordinate with other departments to fulfil Account servicing duties
•Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
•Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
