* Job Scope / Position Summary:
Purpose of this role: Build, develop, and manage agency force and sales activities to achieve assigned sales target within company guidelines.

- Assigned sales target
- Agency force Recruitment
- Ad Team development
- New area coverage development
- Active Ratio of Agents in the first 30, 60, 90 days
- Active Ratio, Cases/ Active Agents, Case size, Production/ Agent
- Agency retention ratio
- Building up a strong Agency Force, good GVL corporate brand via excellent service

- To grow, motivate, train, coach, retain and develop sales team
- To utilize resources to achieve sales target and maintain compliance within company guidelines.

• Internal: Agency Operations, Customer Service, Agency Force
• External: Customers
* Main Responsibility:
1) Grow, maintain active and manage agency force to develop business:
• Always develop networking to grow agency force in assigned areas
• Supervising, monitoring agency activities to achieve sale target at the same time ensure compliance with Company rules
2) People development:
• To coach and train and develop BDM down lines, UMs, USs and Agents
• Conducting workshops, motivation talk, special programs for leaders, agents
3) Sales operation process and product enhancement:
• Report to Company about market information about product and service to contribute to enhance operation and control process, effectiveness concerning customer service, claims, and the related.
• Quickly resolve all complaints from clients concerning Agency Force to ensure quality service and client satisfation.
• Actively build relationships and trust with customers
