* Team Management:
- Assist to communicate all key information to the team effectively;
- Assist to recruit, train, coach and develop the team to ensure that they deliver brand standards and a great customer experience;
- Share best practice within team and/or the company;
- Be the role model of Our Way culture, and promote brand culture in daily team communications.
* Sales Management:
- Assist and motivate store associates to achieve store sales targets and KPIs;
- Assist to analyse store sales data and KPI and make action plans, which can be implemented in the store to improve on business;
- Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed Customer Service ensuring that store associates follow sales procedures enthusiastically satisfy customers;
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Execute CRM procedure, manage long term relationship with customers to create sustainable sales.
* Operations Management:
- Assist to monitor and manage the implementation of company regulation; operation policies and procedures;
- Assist to manage upkeep and conditions of all equipment, fixtures and facilities of store premises;
- Ensure all relevant QA check, standards, food and health & safety checks are completed and that all necessary remedial action is taken or issues escalated as required;
- Assisting in the store’s external communication concerning the QA management.
Track store activities, such as product assortment plan; marketing implementation, and provide constructive suggestions to relevant department;
- Assist to deliver brand standards at all times by ensuring that the store is opened/closed & operated in line with all Godiva standards, policies & procedures。
* Administration Management:
- Assist to manage the stock and orders for food & consumables ensuring that the store has 100% supply of items for the customer whilst considering staff productivity (people efficiency) and operational expense (OPEX);
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are in place to maintain cash & stock security and that all necessary actions are taken to ensure all transactions involving stock and/or cash are done in a secure manner;
- Assist in store marketing events, VM and ensure they are implemented & maintained effectively;
- Assist to prepare for and input into regular business reviews with retail management.
* Others:
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the management.
