Bom Staff (Bills Of Material Staff)

- Making the BOM for all products according to Production master Planning and thành phố team’s requirement.
- Always follow the norm of material in mass production to improve BOM accuracy.
- Carried out all tasks requested by BOM trưởng nhóm and Shop floor Người quản lý. Which are related to BOM/PTP/TP list in Sale forecast at first season.
- Making the draft BOM & final BOM.
- Establishing and reviewing frequently (06-month period or apply the new material in mass production) the standard norm (Main material & Sub-material) for BOM. This standard norm have to cập nhật by Production, and get approval by Prodution magager, TD, thành phố leader and MD
- For Petan comsumption, the first time BOM staff refer to TD or Production to get consumption and then Update BOM if have a big difference. This changing will be approved by Factorty Director.
- Establishing and reviewing frequently (06-month period or new production technique) standard route for BOM. In the case, the standard route is different actual route over +/-20%, BOM staff has to Update Route according to actual production and has to inform to TP team to Update thành phố again (Communicate tightly with PPD, WordPress, MP).
- Establishing the standard weaving time for woven products. (Communicate tightly with WS, Weaving shop floor).
- Follow up and cập nhật the changes of ECO which affect to the norm, route, BOM and price. Specially, BOM staff have to inform to thành phố nhóm trưởng if BOM changing makes over difference +/-5% (Communicate tightly with TD (ECO), PPD).
- Knowing the production process in mass production, to make sure that the route, norm, … are used correctly in BOM and Price. (Communicate tightly with PPD, WS).
- Follow as Basic Assumption to cập nhật the BOM related to main materials.
- Kindly implement the thử nghiệm danh sách after finish the BOM and send to Shop Floor Người quản lý.
