Gameloft DAD Studio was established in 2010. After 7 years of development, we now have nearly 500 employees working in a modern building with splendid river view in Danang city, Vietnam.
DAD Studio took part in production of many famous Gameloft games worldwide including Modern Combat 5, My Little Pony, Ice Age Adventures, Asphalt Nitro, NOVA 3 ...We have a young and eager team here at an amazing size of nearly 500 guys.
DAD used to be a porting studio, however, we now start working on more creation projects. That’s why we are actively looking for the next talents to join the game with us!
Job Description
- Make sure that staff data are update in accurate and timely manner and payroll is calculated with accuracy
- Make sure all HR reports are accurate and on time.
- Prepare, produce HR reports and analysis as per request
- Help in reviewing and following up HR policy and procedure; help administer discipline matters
- Deliver a good HR service to employees; ensure excellent relation with the staff, give quick and pertinent answers to their concerns; propose and join in initiatives to improve working environment
- Maintain good cooperation with different teams and departments; answer queries from management members, provide advice, support, updates and briefings on HR matters
- Conduct exit interviews, and administer employment termination process.
- Provide support for salary review, bonus and promotion/re-allocation, evaluation, as well as other operations/process linked to staff management and C&B
- Help administer various benefits & allowances.
- Follow up contract, leave management, employee’s profile and social insurances.
- Propose, and join in initiatives for developing resource, attract and keep talents for the company.
- Manage relevant tool of HR Management.
- Implement other ad-hoc assigned by superiors

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
- Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks
- Understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities
- Being careful, detail-oriented, highly organized, and keen on working with figures
- Confidentiality commitment; integrity, sense of responsibility.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill, with ability to communicate pertinent points effectively and clearly in order to reach communication objectives quickly;
- Strong problem-solving skill with positive mindset;
- Good teamwork skills, high level of verbal and written English skills
- Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point
