MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data
• Implement the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, etc. as required
• Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters
• Support FM to control costs, budgets, DSO, DPO, cash flow and trends for future business growth
I. BOOK KEEPING & REPORTING (20%)
• Produce or supervise accounting staff/ outsource service on inputting data to accounting and management system timely & correctly.
• Review and reclassify or correct data in system if need.
• Perform monthly reconciliation between Misa and CW1 system.
• Ensure accounting month closing is on time
• Produce or supervise all monthly accounting deliverables as committed schedule
• Prepare monthly and yearly finance reports.
• Produce or supervise all Vietnam Tax/Statutory reports
• Ensure book keeping system is compliant with VAS and Vietnam Tax.
• Liaise with other departments, Vietnam Tax, Banks, Auditors for all finance matter.
II. TAX & COMPLIANCES (40%)
• In the best self-capability, update and consult to superior the change on rules; suggest solution on compliance and mitigate compliance risks.
• Comply with State and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, accounting documents, taxation documents, advising management on needed actions.
• Contact and work with Tax Authorities for any concerned matters.
III. MONITORING OPERATION & ANALYSING DATA (20%)
• Control payment and collection; weekly reconcile with cash and bank balance
• Being Credit controller
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling, and assigning employees, following up on work results
• Champion the team to complete other tasks as assigned by FM.
• Analyse monthly finance reports
• Support FM on Budgeting
• Work with Tax Authorities, Bankers, Auditors, Vendors, Customers for daily/monthly/annually operating tasks.
IV. TEAM SUPERVISING & COORDINATING (10%)
• Support FM on training and updating knowledge for accounting staff
• Coach, supervise, develop and encourage junior accounting staff
• Join with FM on annually employee appraisal
V. SYSTEM SET UP & ADHOC PROJECTS (10%)
• Support FM on build up policies and standard operation process
• Support FM & take part in accounting system implementation
