With 6.5+ years of proven operation, Sharon pairs uncompromised artisan quality with large-scale capability, serving both fine dining kitchens and 500-room hotel chains from a purpose-built 1,000 m² centralized facility in HCMC alongside operational hubs in Hanoi and Phu Quoc (and expanding to Da Nang). Supported by nationwide cold-chain logistics and regional export reach, we provide bespoke culinary solutions tailored to the standards of world-class hospitality brands.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Issue Purchase Orders, track shipment timelines, and coordinate timely inbound deliveries to the central production facility and regional hubs.
- Partner with kitchen and teams upon delivery to verify incoming ingredient quality, certificates of origin/ATVSTP/HACCP compliance, and handle supplier returns or discrepancy claims promptly.
