1. ABOUT SHARON BAKERY
Sharon Company is Vietnam’s premier artisanal bakery and food partner for international 5-star hotels and Michelin-caliber dining establishments. With 6.5+ years of proven operation, Sharon pairs uncompromised artisan quality with large-scale capability, serving both fine dining kitchens and 500-room hotel chains from a purpose-built 1,000 m² centralized facility in HCMC alongside operational hubs in Hanoi and Phu Quoc (and expanding). Supported by nationwide cold-chain logistics and regional export reach, we provide bespoke culinary solutions tailored to the standards of world-class hospitality brands.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent Sharon Bakery at key client meetings, tasting sessions, and industry events.
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with key decision-makers across luxury properties.
- Plan and lead high-touch client engagement initiatives, including bespoke tasting sessions, product launches, and seasonal menu consultations.
- Travel regularly across key destination markets to conduct in-person property visits and maintain client relations.
- Proactively identify new partnership opportunities within the ultra-luxury hospitality and high-end dining segments.
- Gather product performance feedback and handle executive-level client requests and escalations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Finance teams to ensure seamless cold-chain delivery, fulfillment, and contract management.

Yêu cầu

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & PERSONA
- 2+ years in commercial or key account leadership within luxury hospitality or premium B2B F&B.
- Strong understanding of hotel/resort F&B operations and procurement processes.
- Passion for culinary craft, artisanal sourdough, and gastronomy.
- Fluent English with refined executive presence and interpersonal etiquette.
- Highly organized, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of coordinating fulfillment details under tight hospitality timelines.
- Flexibility for frequent regional travel.
