Coordinate planning and implementation of Trade Marketing strategic planning in line with the brand's orientation and standards, consistent with insight and ensuring customer experience.
Participating in proposing, building short-term & long-term Trade marketing plans
Responsible for the proposal in accordance with the given requirements
Planning/Tracking/Reporting in line with Supervisor/ Manager about budget for all activities.
Budget optimization based on proposal.
Optimize all executions at best performance
Closely monitor the operation of Trade Marketing activities.
Measure performance, research the market and make contributions, suggest ideas for Trade marketing campaigns.
Manage the production and construction of materials, equipment, and POSM for Trade Marketing activities.
General management in planning and operation Perform other tasks as required
