Mô tả công việc

Assisting senior staff within the marketing, administration and support teams to:
• Support key internal management with templates and proposals, advises and assists with clients’ needs, provides high quality service support for internal and external needs, and ensure all information provided to clients is of a high standard, accurate, professional and line with corporate brand guidelines;
• Research and preparation of templates for both business development and services required by clients;
• Prepare customer requirements and preparation of appropriate documents to introduce services to clients in line with the Company standards;
• Research and update legal, accounting and tax laws for monthly newsletter and internal distribution;
• Prepare engagement letters for clients based upon agreed proposals;
• Assist contribute to problem solving and mitigating Engagement Letter and change order issues;
• Client data management such as system record, filing and updating, organize and update Client document files using a computerized file tracking database;
• Assist develop policies and procedures for operational staff to facilitate execution;
• Prepare reports related to Clients weekly as requirements;
• Undertake other duties which may be requested by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from a Vietnamese University, with a Bachelors’ Degree in English, Business, Economics or similar, with a Marketing/Business Administration/Accounting major or relevant majors;
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided, however up to 2 years’ experience is an advantage;
• Be highly creative and show initiative;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Proactive, hardworking, responsible and willing to learn;
• Highly Motivated: self-driven, with the ability to use their own initiative, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to solve problems and recommend appropriate solutions;
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines;
• Ability to interface across functions and with internal and external parties;
• Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills.
