Customer Service:
- Ensures that all staffs are trained and practice Steps of Procedure and Customer Service Orientation.
- Follows Steps of Procedure at all times.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer feedback to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Implementation customer service improvement programs.
- Motivate and encourage staff to be customer service focused.
Compliance:
- Comply and implement all Company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Provide a safe working environment for employees and customers, and comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Work with the Compliance personnel to identify and reduce the risks related to financial loss by ensuring strong financial systems and controls are in places, and achieve expected results for Financial Audits.
- Control expenditure by adhering to purchasing policies and procedures;
- Ensure food and beverage are handled to food safety standards and all reporting requirements are executed correctly.
- Ensure that the business operates within the requirements of Liquor Licensing regulations (where applicable).
- Ensure business complies with the film classification requirements.
- Ensure daily/ weekly/ monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting accountabilities and other requirements are submitted in a prompt and timely manner.
People Management:
- Provide direction and control for all direct reports.
- Responsible for workforce planning, recruitment activities, and engaging. Direct reports in the recruitment and selection process.
- Ensure all employees are performing in accordance with the required standards of the business.
- Contribution and collaboration on all Government Health Check initiatives and requirements including the requirement to understand and communicate these needs to the site.
- Manage the employee performance review process.
- Develop and coach direct reports and those employees that express an interest in developing a career at Beta Cineplex.
- Comply with company procedures when managing employee performance counselling and disciplining activities.
- Communicate the objectives of the business, marketing campaigns and initiatives, and other general business matters that relate to site employees.
- Collaborate with Operation Manager and persons related to enable the training and development of all staff including Management;
Financial Management:
- Achieve the following targets: EBITDA (as well as achievement of key ratios); admissions per total site hours (salaried and non-salaried); PC; strike rate; and box office revenue (admissions and ATP).
- Meet group sales targets.
- Seek and secure corporate business.
Strategic Initiative:
- Provide operations management with feedback and develop improvement initiatives.
- Analyse business performance and make any necessary adjustments to ensure they align with operational requirements.
- Identify and minimise risks to the business.
- Forecast business levels and adjust resources accordingly.
Marketing:
- Implement and execute organisation-wide programmes, promotions, and initiatives according to relevant briefs.
Implement site specific marketing initiatives.
