* Recruitment and selection
Manage the recruitment process for staff at all levels. Implement the current Recruitment and Selection guidelines and utilization for all new recruitment in the Cineplex.
* Employee Policies
- Update employee regulation to ensure that employees understand and adhere to the policies and procedure.
* Employee File and Data Management
- Complete personal file of employees, including permanent and casual labor. Keep tracking, maintaining the documentation of all employee transactions as per guidelines and maintain the same in personnel files.
- Employee data update to HR management file. Ensure complete all HR reports as requirement by HO and Authorities related.
* Compensations & Benefits
- Ensure of updating salary matrix system for new hire. Close with CM and HRM for pay review, bonus, other benefits that suit the Company’s development and local labor market.
- Perform all employees’ compensation & benefits related issues, including payroll, benefits, social insurance contribution, medical & health care insurance, social & medical insurance claims; deduction, declaration and finalization of personal income tax.
- Ensure all other benefits of staff follow welfare policy.
* Training
- Work closely with Cinema Manager in analysis of yearly training needs plan for staff.
- Co-ordinate with Head of Department in supervision of new employees training process. Ensure the quality and procedure of new employee training.
* Performance Management
- Implement the process for performance appraisal on probation and annual of all staff for evaluation and measurement of performance.
- Work closely with Cinema Manager in identification of clear goals and capacity building needs for staff.
- Work closely with Cinema Manager in prevention and solution of breaches; ensure all staff observes labor discipline and all regulation.
