Job Descriptions: - Be the contact point within Yola and to parents for U.S. Admissions Counseling Service. - Responsible for the business performance of Yolas U.S. Admissions Counseling service, specifically: Marketing & Sales: - Define the short-term and long-term marketing and sales plan for the service, internally within Yola and externally - Lead the U.S. Admissions team to execute marketing & sales events to recruit students - Partner with Yolas Marketing and Centers teams to meet case targets. - Advise Yolas BOD on the service package design and pricing based on competitors tracking and vision for the service. Counseling service operations: - Design the counseling service process from pre-counseling, in counseling, to post-counseling - Recruit, develop, manage and motivate the team of Counselors and Junior Counselors provide the service according to the designed process - Provide training to the team of Counselors and Student Service executive in service excellence and the admissions process - Consult the U.K and Australia Admissions team to provide service to students that best serve their needs.

- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese- Experience in counseling or consulting for study abroad programs required- Experience working in sales, marketing or related services- A passion for working with Vietnamese high school students preparing for university life abroad- High integrity and a strong belief in delivering a high-quality service to students and their parents- An energetic and self-motivated personality- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Personal maturity- Be a team player
