MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Leads, develop, execute, optimize and accountable for the country’s marketing strategy - both for current, medium-to-long term
• Provide overall guidance on adaptive strategy to respond towards movement in the market; Set the standard to influence the market as necessary
• Supervise planning, coordinate as well as accountable for overall execution of country’s marketing activities, encompassing from: Customer understanding, Business intelligence (market, competition, industry regulations, political and economy), Pricing and cost of revenue (promotion and partnership, loyalty programs), channel delivery (Brand, contents and both paid, earned and owned media).
• Prepare annual and long-term growth plan, set the business strategy and direct efforts for implementing the potential business model that company can do for the country
• Provide vision for the country marketing team and organization, to predict potential evolution of the industry, business model, channels and also customer’s media consumption as well as how Traveloka can fulfil their needs
• Provide directions and feedback to channels, pricing, promotion and International Product Team (Product, IPM, Supply, Cust Ops, Finance and Engineering) as well as broader marketing stakeholders (i.e. MarTech, Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing, CRM) to achieve the goals and deliver desirable customer experience for the country
• Responsible for the overall product portfolio in the country, especially in regards to marketing performance, customer lifecycle (acquisition, engagement and retention), brand performance, market share
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing channels, customer lifecycle management, customer journey and funnel usage, reach and media consumption opportunities, industry dynamics and also inward looking of how Traveloka works as a company. It is also expected for the person to have financial understanding (top-line and bottom-line understanding)
• Drive, manage prioritization of marketing initiatives to achieve the business growth required and deliver good customer experience and understanding
• Collaborate and ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders - within marketing and cross-department
• Ensure business growth success led by Managers and members of his/her team
• Manage, create, sponsor and lead projects - including providing direction, briefs and guidances necessary to achieve the objectives
• Human capital management to accomplish the business growth demand (Hiring, talent development, performance appraisals, feedback and motivation management) – which include overall marketing team in the country
• Align with HQ and continuously improving processes by conducting strategic review of processes that is necessary to increase effectiveness and ensure organization can address the challenges (now and future)

• Minimum 7-10 years of similar experiences, exp in leading a marketing organization with proven track record of business results;
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking and listening in both English & Vietnamese;
• Background from management consulting, E-commerce, MNC with online channels, technology startup will be a plus;
• Excellent quantitative, qualitative, analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful way;
• Proven ability to research and write professionally in English, particularly in drafting private placement memorandums and prospectuses in English;
• Flexible, comfort with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, deadlines, and demands;
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with limited resources;
• Strong work ethic (takes ownership), self-motivated and quick-study mentality; able to multi-task and manage own workload with limited supervision;
• Passionate about customers and deliver great communication to users;
• Methodical, detail-oriented and highly organized;
• Strategic, visionary but also excellent in execution
