1.Job summary Oversee the effective co-ordination of administrative processes pertaining to the flight duty report, Training record, cabin crew’s CV update and record, cross check with OCC about the crew flight duty records. 2. Responsibilities and accountabilities 2.1.Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Update and implement company labour policy including monitoring of crew days off including annual leave off, maternity leave and compassionate leave. - Update and monitor the forms of flight report, annual leave, request leave, maternity leave. - Oversee the management of company correspondence and manual related material associated with Cabin Crew. - Co-ordinate with SSQA/Flight Operations Training Department on all matters associated with the ordering and issuing of company and airport access identification for cabin crew and airport ground staff. - Oversee ordering and delivery of cabin crew uniforms. - Assist in co-ordinating Cabin Crew payments such as: expense claims. - Update and issue CCO, INTAP, ISU. - Oversee records and co-ordinate with Jetstar Pacific Medical Centre on matters associated with the annual medical check for cabin crew - Oversee and cross check with OCC about crew hours for the purpose of cabin crew pay. - Records data of cabin swap roster. - Read the flight duty report from cabin crew and send feedback to the relevant department to solve the problem ASAP. - Record the in-flight ancillary revenue on each flight. 2.2.Safety and Security Responsibilities - Has responsibility for personal safety, security and health & wellbeing. - Ensure personnel fully and openly cooperate in safety and security investigation without prejudice. - Attend safety and security governance committee meetings as required - Complying with safety and security in the workplace. 3.
