- Documentary review of leadership

- Update regulatory requirements and other requirements.
- Drafting plans to conduct work related to labor safety, environment
- Assessment the process, procedures control operation related to CSR - EMS - OHS
- Planning & organizing training
- Maintain, evaluate, re-certificate for all standards.

- Respondence for assessment of customers & external agencies
- Correctnon-conformance assessed by clients & external agencies
- Correct non-conformance assessed by BVC
- Correct non-conformance assessed by internally
* ISO 9001 & IATF 16949
- ISO documents_Manual, Procedure, Process, Work Instruction, ISO form (new creation / update / cancellation / distribution).
- Monitoring, recover KPI reports & analyzing the cause of failure
- Provide appropriate data as required by the IATF

- Requesting and recover environmental records.
- Control systems of waste water treatment
- Classify, temporary storage, and transfer waste
- System of dust handling and emissions
- Measurement of environmental indicators
- Quarterly environmental report
