We are looking for Customer Service Assistant who will directly work with Customers/ Clients/ Owners to deliver ALMA vacation services. This person must have a customer-oriented mindset and warmly characteristics in order to bring the best ALMA experience to the customers. You will be trained (and even experience) about a very new concept of vacation and the options of clients to go to travel by ALMA services. Main responsibilities: - Well present and consult Clients about the Companys updated news or necessary information for Clients better awareness about ALMA services and vacation options - Implement the best service programs to ensure that Clients have the highest level of satisfaction in their vacation/ holidays - Positively coordinate with Sales Department to achieve the best sales performance by maintaining best service to existing client base. - Functionally and timely provide travel administration services (accommodation/ transportation recommendations and bookings) to Clients - Actively investigate and co-ordinately solve Clients complaints or problems - Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondences with Clients

- Aged from 23 - 28 - Fluent in English is advanced - Experience in Tourism or Hotel industry is advanced (familiar with booking, arranging, operating accommodation service to clients) - Customer oriented - Great communication skill - Great problem-solving skill - Warmly & patient characteristics and attitude - Can work under high pressure - Can travel sometimes for business purposes - New graduate is welcome to apply!
