* Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following up with technician for samples and test result
- Prepare test reports to customer and sales
- Send test report to sales and customers
- Interface with customer job status, and handle enquiries
- Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentations
- Follow the samples status from subcontract
- Follow the LMS program
- Be responsibility for activities in the Customer Service Section as authorized or assigned by the Customer Service Manager and Lab Manager
- Report all activities to Customer Service Manager and Lab Manager
- Other duties relevant to this level assigned by Manager.
