PSS are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Staff to join our businesses and grow with us as we expand across Ho Chi Minh City.
Our customer service team strive to provide the ultimate customer experience
This includes through face to face contact, email, multi media and telephone communications
Our CS team are responsible for
- implementing and following all policies and procedures
- booking classes
- taking payments
- upholding the PSS Mission & Values
- money handling and balancing
- building positive relationships with all customers
