Main Responsibilities • Technical Support: Take responsible of service in front of Customer about quality of service upon the well understanding solutions/ service, the clients business requirements, technical requirements Direct support / manage team or coordinate with other team to support customer Direct support critical situations Manage and Troubleshoot IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Backup, Network, PCs…) Do the documentation (Report, Parameter Sheet, Manual, etc...) and report to customer • IT service project management: Set up objectives and manage the project team to deliver service to Customer Manage operation and maintenance quality related project • Other related tasks as request from Managers, DC Director / Deputy DC Director. Relationship • Internal: Under control of Managers/Directors. Receive and communicate to other staff directly. • External: Support customer Communicate with Partners, Vendors and carriers.

Key Competencies: • Experience: At least 02 years’ experience in corporate systems environment with a wide variety of Information management systems, networks and technologies required. At least 02 years manage a team. • Knowledge and Skills Good knowledge and experience of other related technologies (Hosting, Network, Backup/Replication, Management, etc…). Experience in implementing and administrating Router, Switch, Active Directory, File Server, Backup… Knowledge of related technology (Mail, Web, Database, etc…) Candidate who has Technical Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, …) is an advantage. Documentation, Communication and Reporting Skills Basic business knowledge, manner, and mind • Characteristics Professionalism and Integrity Persistence and Ingenuity Sense of Responsibility Good communication with customers, coworkers and partners. Good English skill (listening, speaking is mandatory) to communicate well with co-workers, customer. Strong motivation for getting customer satisfactions.
