* JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for team members to provide awesome customer support. You’re literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. So only the awesome need apply. * JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. - Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. - Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Fluent in English or Chinese - Strong typing skills - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively - Can work on shift (3 shifts)
