• Bachelor degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in management position.
• Multiple years experiences working with an Agile and Waterfall methodology during a large scale, complex new project development in a large enterprise, especially banking and finance.
• Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
• Thorough understanding of software development methodologies, values, and procedures includes: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup.
• Results Driven (Prioritizing, Taking Initiative, Taking Ownership) Team Leadership (Coaching Others, Dealing with Stress, Demonstrating Teamwork, Influencing Others, Interacting with Others, Maintaining Composure, Motivating Others, Providing Direction and Leadership).
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Ability to understand marketing issues
• Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential.
• Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
• Must be collaborative in driving decisions.
• Strong analytical skill, very well-organized, problem-solving.
• Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
• Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
