The role holds key responsibility for driving the Card business strategy with decision supportive analysis and data driven solutions to business initiations. Key responsibilities include:
- End to end campaign management process, target segment strategy, generating probable leads, ongoing monitoring, reward fulfilments, post implementation analysis;
- Building analytical models and scenario analysis for selected product lines, exploring business opportunities, predictive and descriptive data analysis approach with strong data mining skills
- Monthly, Quarterly incentive calculation for the sales performance, sales productivities, unit cost analysis, incentives simulations and cost shift model for incentive design, post impact analysis
- Perform database de-duplications and validation, centralization of database in line with customer contact policy for all the database for tele calling, SMS/ eDM marketing approaches
- Provide decision supportive analysis and data driven solutions to the business initiations in terms of analytics across customer, product, portfolio, sales management areas
- Regular/ ad-hoc analysis, data mining, portfolio quality, customer segmentation and behavioral frameworks, customer profitability, customer level revenue risk, Usage, X-sell, up-sell models
- Building the master database from raw data resource, design the reports and dashboards at multi-dimensional, managing the delivery of the MIS with quality on regular frequency (Daily, weekly, monthly)
