Digital Marketing Coordinator

* Support the Marketing Manager (Digital) in the following areas:
- Maintenance of the Website, Agent Hub & Media Library to optimize performance, design and functionality
- Integration of translated text from external supplier (via xml) are completed and integrated into the online systems ERP, Agent Hub, Website, etc.
- Coordination with the Marketing Manager responsible (according to the company vision) and tools required
- Smart fact sheet creation that can be incorporated into sales tools (until then, continue to work with Product to support the factsheet process)
- Video integration into the Agent Hub, including maintenance and improvements to design & functionality
- Efficient storage of video content to support marketing projects
- Ensure all users have appropriate access rights, including addition & removal of users
- Report feedback provided for development suggestions and implement where required
- Support the generation of informative, data intense analytic reports that evaluate the performance of the strategic plan, usage of our platforms by agents and internal staff
* Others:
- Explore markets trends and competitors’ strategies
- Monitor technology trends and adaptions
- Responsible for maintaining the brand values of Easia Travel online
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
* Working time:
- 40 hours per week (8h30 – 12h & 13h30 – 17h30)
- Off on Saturday & Sunday
